1. Are you manufacturer or trading company?
    We are a professional manufacturer founded in 2005, we have exported to more than 100 countries.

2. How could I get the sample?
    Sample is FREE for size below 3m from our side. While delivery cost to be on your side by DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or any other ways,  

3. Could we have our Logo or company name printed on your package?
    Yes. 1)Usually we will request half container to one container quantity for supporting this.
            2) You will need to pay the new logo mould cost about usd100.00 by the first order.

4. Can you offer us OEM products?

    Yes, we could match your actual request like color, size, logo printing, package, etc.  

5. What is the standard package for the products usually?
    Kraft paper & hard tube. Hard tube is better on protecting the goods. But higher cost as well.

6. How about the delivery time?
    This depends on your quantity and how many items you order, usually in about 3 weeks.

7. What is your payment term usually?
    1)T/T: Normally 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before loading or against BL copy. .
     2) L/C at sight(Irrevocable).

8. What is your shipment way usually? By air or by sea?
     As our goods are very heavy, the goods are normally to ship by sea for the best cost.  Air shipment is also fine if you are willing to pay for the air freight.  
 

9. How you ensure you will supply us the good quality products?
    We make strict quality control of the whole production process from the raw materials, semi-finished products, final finished products, till the package to insure the products with good quality to avoid any flaws occur on the fabric. 
     We also make full test of the product at the library to insure everything meet the order request like the size, the color, weight, tearing strength, peeling strength, tension, printability, and etc.
